Rye Cookies

What you need:
1 lb bittersweet chocolate
4 Tb butter
4 large eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 Tb vanilla
3/4 cup rye flour
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Melt chocolate & butter in a double boiler
Whisk eggs and sugar to 3 times volume, slowly adding sugar
Add to egg mixture the chocolate mixture, then vanilla
Combine dry ingredients then add to chocolate/egg mixture
Dough will be very soft. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes to firm up.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Scoop out dough in to small balls, bake 8-10 minutes.
